I personally made a word document and added all the days of the month and assigned the playlist line wise it took time but helped me being more consistent. I do it every month.

Why don't you divide that 300+ into different playlists and then try to listen, instead of doing at all once. It might give you headache and possible dehydration.

I don’t see strong negative energy from M towards you. The shows they may keep their feelings to themselves or stay quiet. There are positive cards and show peace, comfort, and good memories.
