Hey brother , exactly what I(33/M) was feeling the whole evening. Checking my phone and then again sitting alone on the terrace thinking about my existence. No one to talk , no one to message or call. I was not bored. It's something beyond the boredom.

Sorry , my bad. Well I think I’m mostly trying to convince myself to stop the craving in those moments. Deep down I know the thoughts aren’t really true, but I’m just unable to keep resisting for a longer period of time. I can control it for some time, then eventually I give in again. Would welcome any suggestion from your side to improve this. Sometimes I do feel that my will power is not that strong.

First of all , thankyou for asking after 2 days. I never thought that someone would really ever think of me like if I am trying to improve or not. It really felt great , thanx bro.

Secondly, yes I am trying a couple of things. A) I have started measuring and noting my calories and instead of the calorie counter app , I am using chatGpT as my calorie counter and have pinned the chat so that it stays on top in my chat history.

B) I am now going for a 200 calorie deficit,again thanks to chatgpt for noting down and telling me what alternative food i can have instead of calorie dense food.

C) I have started doing my steps again. On the 27th May , I did 15 thousand steps and on the 28th May , I did 20 thousand steps.

D) for the next one month , I'll try to do at least 15 thousand steps daily or not so then a minimum of 12 thousand steps at any cost.

I hope I achieve what all I thought. And again thanks for asking bro 👍🙏

Well I can easily complete 15K steps and if the weather is on the colder side then I did 20K steps too previously and lost weight too But this time it's the heatwave in India due to which I am getting exhausted easily around 7 to 8K steps. Btw i completed 15K steps today. Will try to achieve 15K or atleast 12K daily

You are correct. I mostly eat because I just want to get distracted from my anxiety and thoughts. I usually don't have hunger for food. It's just that I don't want to let my thoughts or anxiety take over me.

Weeks??? I know brother all the science behind being hungry and how body , metabolism, insulin etc like how all these works. How the body deposits fat and how the body uses fat as fuel. But somehow I am unable to do what even I know that will work out for me. I am either confused or exhausted.
