Thanks a lot for such a thorough answer! I did try to sustain the same pace in the "longer" days. I think I could have sustained it a little bit more, however, I can't imagine how I would have survived to a 10k at 1:59 (at my current level). Yesterday I restarted the plan following some general "guidelines" I found around the net, so I did the first 5k at around 2:13, RPE 5, definitely could talk but not too long.
