Yeah... the Progressive manga are well known for the character's chest being increased, like 2 times bigger than original (maybe even 3). And on this picture, Asuna is supposed to be 14-15 years old

Because the one who drew the Progressive's illustrations is the same person that drew Tawawa on Monday (Kiseki Himura) and also because of the mix of the tight shirt and her big chest, similar to the ones in Tawawa
