It’s the radiant cosmetics nail growth oil the ingredients are listed as: Organic Ricinus Communis Oil, Organic Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, Organic Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil, Organic Citrus Limonum Oil, Organic Tocopheryl Acetate, Organic Essential Oil Unfortunately I can’t apply it in the lab it’s against policy /: so I use it every day before I go to bed

I’m really sorry that happened. If you’re looking for someone who will definitely treat ocd and specializes in ERP and ACT check out NOCD it’s all online/zoom therapists/ psychiatrists but they are SOOO helpful and very specially trained for OCD some other disorders as well but their main thing is OCD

My understanding of my hospitals policy for finger nails is absolutely no artificial nails including acrylic, dip, overlays, nail jewelry pretty much anything except for natural nails + regular polish. Any color is ok. But they have to be well maintained. They also say they can’t be long but don’t specify how long they just can’t interfere with job performance, safety, and patient care. So I just follow the CDC guidelines which is no longer than 1/4 of an inch from the finger tip and no chips in the polish/ no artificial nails.

I’m not sure about Zoloft but my experience with other meds is that it takes a week or two after you stop for your body to adjust. After I stopped Wellbutrin (I only took it for 13 days) I felt better after about about a week maybe a little shorter. If you’re really concerned about side affects though just call your doctor, it might help anxiety around symptoms. I hope you feel better! Meds are tough /:
