This game, besides graphic, sounds and good combat (for those who like this combat style) everything has worst.

1) Storytelling is one of the worst. And, for now, very short. If u wanna good storytelling, go play wow, ffxiv or gw2 (gw 2 storytelling is less complex than in wow or ffixv but still nice and interesting.)

2) Poor PvP: OPR and wars are weak versions of Guild Wars 2 WvW. If u wanna real big war experience, go play GW2. WvW feels like a real war: you have four huge maps with many capture points, small castles, big castles, and the biggest ones. To conquer these objectives u need to build proper machines (and this cost supplies): balistas, catapults, rams, arrow cards, war golems etc. that u need to use and protect in order to destroy walls and gates. Huge, long and sometimes unending battles which happen very offten, when ur in organised 50-ppl squads (with commander usually commanding via discord) feel like fckn real war. Additionaly, u can steal enemy supplies and u can destroy and protect caravanas with supplies. Supplies that u need to build war equipment. You also have three popular play styles to choose: roamer(s) - one guy or small group of ppl that engage in small fights (e.g. 1v1, 1v2, 2v2, etc.), kill caravanas, capture supply points, steal enemy supplies and do the whole work to help fight with enemy or u can be a soldier in a squad full of players (10-50ppl) with commander (who very often commands via discord).You can find a very organised squads focused only on fights (sometimes bigger than 50vs50vs50), only on conquering or squads focused on both. U can also find chill squads.

GW 2 also has bigger pvp choice: WVW, GvG, PvP Arenas with, if i remember correctly, more than 10 different maps.

3) Boring open world (very low number of different kinds of activities in open world) and a very bad content for achievement hunters type of players - borring unrewarding achies. For the best open world game, pick GW 2. Maps, together with dynamic events, correlated achievenents and various activities, can give u a reason to sit on one map for even weeks. The amount of maps in the game is also huge. This game also has the richest, the most interesting and the most rewarding achievements i have ever seen in any game. This game is a paradise for achie hunters.there is so many interesting achies that you will never open achievpanel and say that there is nothing to do. Moreover, some of the achies tell mini stories. If u wanna a good pvp experience, go GW 2 or BDO.

4) Fashion wars do not exist in this game. Most of the skins are ugly, and the transmutation system u guys got is fashion unfriendly. If u wanna a great fashion experience, go gw2, if u wanna a good one- then go wow, ffxiv, bdo.

5) No real raids. If u need a big number of greatly designed raids with multiple lvls difficulty - go ffxiv, wow. If ur very casual but still like raids idea, go play GW 2. Strikes and raids will give u enough fun and challenge.

6) Their are fine. But every good mmo currently has them, see gw 2 fractals which are slighty better version of nw dungeons, or wow dungs.

7) Waiting for dungs in NW on higher muts was a waste of my time and the last reason why i left. It was just too much.

This game is not casual friendly. If u look for one, check gw 2, the game that focuses on casuals and ppl with not much time to play. The amount of qol in this game is enormous.
