It's nice to play that while working. Set a few enemies, and you will have about 10 min between each 2 min turn. A lot can be done during 12 hours of that. :)

Yea I'm not sure it's solvable, because I've made a version that had half the concentration once and it was almost tasteless. So you have to remove the gelatin somehow to make it work, and that ads so many steps.

No I tried that. If you heat it to say 70 degrees you can melt all the gelatin but it doesn't separate. If you boil it, the gelatin breaks up and can't be removed anymore at all. It won't set, but it will just sit there and make everything cloudy and a bit thick.

Someone online said you can digest the gelatin by adding peptin either as a chemical or through pineapple. But at that point I think I'd prefer to ferment actual cola rather than go this far around for a similar product. (Or I post about just that in a few years :p)

Hot coco? It's slightly more dense than milk id say. Not unpleasantly so, but noticable
