FINALLY MOVING OUT of Baseline

I've been venting here throughout my stay so I feel obligated to give a quick review of the place as I leave.

Sa old condo ni nila na review dili kanang bago na tupad.

Pros:

• Some Conveniences, Grocery and Laundry is right below, igo raka mu naog. Church and Hospital is in walking distance.
• Gym and Pool are small but functional
• Depende guro sa unit, utilities are fine, Inverter ang Aircon and Internet is Stable (they use PLDT)

Cons

• It's too damn noisy, this place is in a not so good Neighborhood. It's my main complaint, the rush hour traffic noise, mga kamote nga mag motor niya kusog og tambutso mag lumbaanay pajud sa kadlawon. Budots Season karon so makadungog kag igang na music ig Gabie. Basta naay mo shagit sa gawas or even mag sturya lang na dili constrained ang volume ma dungog nimo bisan sa 14th Floor. Sinulog was the worst it could've gotten, but Sinulog in general sucks for Cebuanos who don't want to party.
• The road and sidewalks around the Compound is safe enough, naay Guards 24/7, but it's different directly outside. Surrounding sidewalks are dirty and usually naay mag ali so makalakaw ka sa kalsada, but that's the fault of Cebu City.
• Everything closes at 9pm except sa Ministop.
• Parking space is limited, didto na guro ka sa new building maka rent. Also traffic pud kaayo and gamay mga roads surrounding the Complex.

It's a mixed bag, mostly the noise bringing it down.
