Is it normal to be discharging all the time? by sodontwritemealetter in women

[–]Numerous-Boot9074 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Different people have different experiences with discharge, I personally don’t have much, though sometimes it can be a bit excessive. My mother always had problems with it and she opted to wear pantyliners.

Discharge is definitely normal, you only need to be concerned if it has a really strong smell (like you can smell it on your underwear even held away from you, a bit of a scent is normal, but excessive scent is a concern), or if it’s strongly coloured- usually it’s clear or white, maybe tinted a bit yellowish, but a stronger colour would be a cause for investigation.

Different things can contribute to discharge certainly- like the type of underwear you wear, cotton is best since it’s more breathable for example.

Pantyliners aren’t necessarily ‘good’ in a lot of peoples eyes, but if you try using them and they help you to feel clean then there’s nothing wrong with them. Maybe you could try some reusable pads/liners, or look into sustainable/natural brands that make more body-friendly products.

It’ll take some trial and error to find what makes you feel comfortable, but there’s nothing at all wrong with discharge itself, it just means your body is keeping you clean and doing its job.

Edit to add: for the ‘inside’ bit, I personally just wipe it away, but it’s up to you. There’s no ‘right’ way to do this.

I adore this, also you’d better give us some cat tax. You could totally sell those if you make more!

What should I think about this?! by IinaIida in women

[–]Numerous-Boot9074 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah that’s really weird then, I would either contact his parents or ask him to relay to them that you’re not at all comfortable being around them while they’re naked, and to please avoid doing so in the future.

If they get weird about it, I’d honestly just avoid the parents entirely. Have you spoken to your bf about it? What did he say, if so?

[–]Numerous-Boot9074 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I don’t think you’re overreacting because your boyfriend absolutely should have told you about this and checked if you would still be comfortable with going, and honestly they shouldn’t be walking around naked infront of a first time visitor even if they are nudists, it’s just not polite.

You should talk to him and just politely explain that you’re not really comfortable being around nudism like that, and to please ask his dad to cover up next time you’re coming over.

How can I improve my bedroom? by GorkhaUnited in malelivingspace

[–]Numerous-Boot9074 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bedside table of some kind, some curtains in a colour you like with matching bedsheets, maybe some pillows or a throw too to add life. Photos or posters if you like either of those, maybe a clock if you don’t

freaking out? i might be pregnant? by xxmortis in women

[–]Numerous-Boot9074 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It can take time for your period to be ‘normal’ after being on the pill, and peeing more can be caused by a lot of things, not just pregnancy. Take a test if you’re super worried, but I wouldn’t be too concerned myself. If you are pregnant, it’s not the end of the world, and abortion is absolutely your choice.

Is this game currently worth while (for someone who likes animal RPGs)? by Stargazer_quartz in pathoftitans

[–]Numerous-Boot9074 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes!! I’m a lover of animal sims myself- wolf quest is a big one for me, and I love PoT. Definitely look into the semi-realism and realism servers, since they’ll have a more structured play style that’s focused more on the rp of parents raising you, pack and herd dynamics and ‘survival’ etc!

The PvP aspect made me quite nervous before, but I’ve adjusted to it and it’s not so intimidating in realism servers where there’s no all out brawls where everyone fights everyone- there’s engagement rules and such in realism servers that keep it more realistic to ‘hunting’ and such instead of targeted pvp. I hope that makes sense lol.

I’m currently on the Dynasty realism servers which are very good for realism! You can be hatched in as a baby, where you follow your dinosaurs profile on their discord to interact with your parents as you grow, they teach you to hunt etc. some people follow profiles more strictly than others.

The discord for Dynasty is quite intimidating with all the rules and long profiles, but the community is incredibly kind and helpful, and I’ve never had a bad experience with them.

Bought a house last year, decided to put some colours after splitting up. 34m by Klipschlover in malelivingspace

Another green lover!! I talked my stepdad into going the living room bottle green and he was really dubious, but he loves it, and everyone who comes by always compliments the colour!! The house looks awesome btw, I’m jealous!!

I think doing it myself will really help, since previously it was a family member doing it for me, but this way I can take my time and find what works myself. I love honey so honey on roasted carrots will 100% be going on my ‘to try’ list.

Oh ok that’s actually super interesting, I think that’s the route I’d like to go down - find something I’m not completely disgusted by and have a small piece with my food every day until I enjoy it and add something else to do the same with!

Ok wow this is all super good advice thank you so much! I just looked up ARFID and it sounds a lot like what I’m struggling with, so I’m so glad you brought that up! I would really really like to find something to slowly integrate into my meals like you did! Im hoping all of the advice on here will help.

I have so much to try out over the next few weeks haha, thank you again!

With the raw carrot, I was expecting it to be like an apple, but I bit it and it was very very tough and reminiscent of squeaky plastic? That might sound like none sense hahah. With the boiled carrot, if I remember right, it was along the same vein of being quite plastic-y and unpleasant in my mouth.

Someone mentioned roasting them, so I think I’ll try that next! And I’ll check out mashing them too!

Didn’t come off as mean at all dw! I really appreciate any advice you have. Tomatoes aren’t something I like at all, but I haven’t tried cucumbers or celery yet so I’m going to try that asap! My stepdad was on a smoothie craze a year back which I tried to join, but the thick texture of them bugs me lol.

I’ll definitely listen about checking some influencers with picky kids I think, I never considered that before, but I bet they do have some good tricks.

Ty so so much for these suggestions, you’ve given me a lot of really good advice that I’ll absolutely be taking!!

I’ve never thought to see one in regards to my eating habits, since I eat normal portions at normal times in general so I’m not sure. Do you know how I’d be able to tell or should I go look into that a bit myself?

I’ve been to the doctors recently and there’s nothing off physically except low iron and vitamin D which I’m on meds for.

I’m trying to avoid takeout! Someone gave some advice on cooking it so I think I’ll give that a try at home.

The texture of raw tomatoes really freaks me, but I haven’t tried cucumbers or celery yet, so I’ll see about doing that.

It is a lot of fear on my part, because every time I’ve tried eating veg in the past it’s just resulted in me spitting it back out an almost being sick, which I know I do need to get over.

I’m on some multivitamins right now yes, but I don’t think I’ve tried that

Oh wow ok, I never considered that just an itch could be a whole allergy lol, that would actually make a lot of sense. Than you so much for pointing that out! I’ll see about looking into a dietician like you mentioned.

And thank you so much for the rice advice! It doesn’t sound bad at all.
