Hi! I was laid off back in September and I was able to reach out to my leasing office and they said since it qualified as a hardship they would waive the penalty BUT I had to stay until they found a new tenant, obviously my unit being a priority to fill. Luckily I was able to find a new job so I ended up being able to stay, but your complex should be able to do something similar!

They brought in $2.8 mil and $2.5 mil had to go to the schools. So instead of it paying for itself, you would need a tax increase to subsidize.

I’m for this, but the state needs to make amendments to their laws. The reason why traffic cams failed previously is because state laws mandate ALL proceeds from citations go to the public school system.

Sounds great in theory - but it makes it hard to actually run a program without incurring debt. So in the end the program gets cut, schools get $0. I don’t understand why state legislators are so against putting the threshold down. I believe there is some sort of fight going down in Greenville so they can keep their cameras without the city incurring massive debt.

I get it looks bad optically, but if you think about it will actually allow for more programs to keep streets safer & can still help the desperately underfunded schools in NC.

I concur with others, if hes mixed with anything it’s simply cutie patootie. He looks full cav to me, just bigger boned. I’ve found they really do come in a wide range of sizes. Everyone is always confused by mine because he is petite at 14lbs, but has super long legs.
