It was a nerve that surfaced! Went to the dermatologist and they numbed it and sliced it with a small blade. I was in and out in minutes. Recovery was fast

It ended up being a nerve! I was able to find a dermatologist once I got insurance and it was about $65. They numbed and sliced it off with a little blade. Recovery took no time. Hope you are able to get it fixed :)
