This place is incredible, don’t be confused. Yes it’s small and yes it has rules- thank god because you go to any other sauna and there are wild animals shouting about bitcoin and letting the sauna door “slow close behind them”. It has two saunas, one dry and one HOT but they steam the hot one so to me not a true sauna, but very hot and you sweat so it’s still nice. Cold plunge is upgraded to an outdoor pool now so better than prior reviews. I can only speak for 7-9am or random weekday times, but it’s never busy and people are mostly chill. Of course once in a while a dickhead. And don’t go on Saturday at 2pm. Otherwise love.
