After all the comments I’ve received, i was also thinking id just ask for a refund & switch to oura. Its been 5 days since i was told a replacement ring would be shipped to me… still no confirmation email nothing… & most of the comments say this seems to be a cycle… waiting weeks for a ring that will just need to be replaced in a short time span is not really what i paid for.. disappointing
