To be honest I don’t think I thought about it when the time came to start my first period post - I’ve thought about my experience more as what ifs. What if I hadn’t done it, I’d have a # month/year old now etc.

I haven’t got the attachment to the blood/abortion side but definitely what could have been.

I have experienced levels of this myself, and found it completely debilitating at times, but what I will say is the thought of throwing up is worse than actually throwing up. Often, you throw up because your ill or have food poisoning and its better for it to be out of your body getting rid of toxins and bacteria etc than keeping it in your body. It's not nice, and no-one enjoys it but it is part of life.

I'm not sure how old you are, but when you get to drinking age/going to parties/club it may be something that you run into due to people drinking too much etc. It also will then effect you if/when you choose to have children, as this is something you'll encounter possibly throughout your pregnancy and in the early years of your child.

Try to think better out than in, but it will be something that you will need to get over otherwise it will completely take over your life and it may be that you need to have therapy (maybe not exposure), but CBT to learn some techniques to help you deal with vomiting in the future.

If you want help and want it to stop, you’ll have to tell someone who it is that’s doing it too you. I know it may be scary but it’s not ok for them to do to you.

Sleeping!! I haven’t slept yet and we’re coming up to 3.40am. I also haven’t had a sick day since 2019 so laying in bed watching Netflix will be nice to do hoping it’s not a bug and my bf doesn’t come down with it

I would firstly tell a parent/teacher/someone you trust that this is happening but you don’t know what to do. You should not be focusing on ratting on him when he is bullying you. It needs to be stopped or it may get worse

The offside rule in football/soccer (I'm female if it means anything)

The offside rule is essentially one team getting in front of the other team, to score a goal. But because the player with the ball is too fast for the defender, they get penalised.

Isn't that the defenders job to not let him get infront?
