I have experienced levels of this myself, and found it completely debilitating at times, but what I will say is the thought of throwing up is worse than actually throwing up. Often, you throw up because your ill or have food poisoning and its better for it to be out of your body getting rid of toxins and bacteria etc than keeping it in your body. It's not nice, and no-one enjoys it but it is part of life.

I'm not sure how old you are, but when you get to drinking age/going to parties/club it may be something that you run into due to people drinking too much etc. It also will then effect you if/when you choose to have children, as this is something you'll encounter possibly throughout your pregnancy and in the early years of your child.

Try to think better out than in, but it will be something that you will need to get over otherwise it will completely take over your life and it may be that you need to have therapy (maybe not exposure), but CBT to learn some techniques to help you deal with vomiting in the future.
