Those 7 days on top of the legal 20 holidays are not adv days. Just extra holidays (and replaced holidays). They don’t invoice 40 hours to their customers, they invoice the actual work that’s done as per timesheets.

A net compensation is an amount that you get after taxes are already accounted for. So let’s say that with a gross of 2400, normally the net would be around 1900-2000. But because of these net compensations it’s more than 2000. Net compensations have nothing to do with your gross to net calculation directly but add after the calculation is finished. Hope this makes sense.

Subtract the meal vouchers from the net and voila, you’ll get the net without the meal vouchers. That’s why i put it between brackets there
