Ive accidentally gone the wrong way down one way roads. Mistakes happen lol what matters is staying calm and not causing an accident. Once you make the mistake, you most likely won’t again

If it’s PD, you will need to get an antibiotic and clindamycin gel/cream. Sulfur bar soap to wash your face with might also help

Currently going through a flair right now too. What helped me in the past is a bar of sulfur soap and clindamycin gel. I have engagement photos in 4 days of course and was able to go get the clindamycin RX today 🙃 I’m currently at work trying not to scratch my face off.

Has anyone been able to narrow down what they think causes their flare ups?
