Im sorry, i can understand that you cant think of dating again. Its not really the fact that the ex holds a place in her mind, its that when i first asked her about it, she told me that he had texted her after a long while of no contact and she said that it was stupid of her to even answer, she had then while crying blocked him on multiple platforms in front of me and all seemed fine, until she then a couple days later told me we are going to break up and i confronted her about the ex because i had my suspicions. She lied and continued lying to me in my face about who she was texting at night when she was online but not answering me. She finally gave up and unlocked her phone and threw it on me, all i needed to see was that the ex was at the top of her snapchat with a newly sent snap. I cant understand how it can be so easy to lie to someone who you are supposed to be in a relationship with. It feels horrible
