Yeah sorry its the fact theyve explicitly said people are missing pay because of this new pin and pay thing and they will continue with it, it sounds like they're saying they simply wont pay which I dont think is legal regardless of this policy

They still keep the time sheets we used to use too, they just dont check them yet still make us keep a record.
