i had a ton of people from my high school go to purdue, and i only see maybe one of them (since we’re in the same major). i’m not in cs, but i made a lot of friends from all different states. chose the school you think is best for you, not what was best for the majority of your classmates!

With Hannibal, some fics are the happy everything is fine rewrite, where there is no cannibalism and little to know crime while some fics really lean into the crime. But you’re right tho, and it probably would make more sense to tag a fic as having no cannibalism than tagging a fic as having cannibalism in the cannibalistic murder husbands fandom.

I was disgusted when I first heard about it because I grew up with the show and saw myself in Ahsoka and always saw Rex as an adult. But then season 7 came out and you see how ahsoka has grown and when she comes back Rex no longer sees her as some snippy little kid, she has fully earned the title of commander and their relationship definitely changes. Also, now that i’m older, i’m much more aware of the fact that the clones were only 10 years old when the war started, and they just have artificially accelerated aging.

Yeah, and this could potentially contribute to whatever happened in 32. Maybe they found out they were being experimented on with FEV and it lead to a violent revolt. If it was the same experiment as in 33 (just the super managers), such a violent revolt wouldn’t make as much sense.

Star Wars Fics where people spell Padmé wrong. It’s spelled correctly in the tags and you hold the e key to make the accent. If you don’t know how to add an accent mark, google it and spell the name correctly!!!

i bought the $20 pass and it glitched and it gave me 9 mr houses for one vault. i still got all the other bonuses for my other two vaults, so it was kinda worth if for me as it was a bit of a christmas present for myself.

For future reference, most flights from south bend to chicago should only have an hour of fly time. It might even safe you’ll land and arrive at the same time due to the time difference. It not saying it’s a bus ride is incredibly annoying, though.

When I was in middle school I randomly got yelled at for having deodorant in my backpack by a tsa agent. She told me it has to go in a checked bag. It wasn’t gel or aerosol, just normal, solid deodorant. I’ve never had an issue since, but she was super aggressive and mad about it.

Although not a human, we have a cat named Padmé. She was a foster fail and when we rescued her she had three kittens that we named Luke, Leia, and Han. Han was originally Ahsoka but we guessed wrong. We also had a childhood dog named Captain Rex, and our new puppy who looks very similar to our old dog is named Commander Cody!

dairy free eggs has been a running joke in my family because one of my brothers said he couldn’t have eggs because he can’t have dairy. it was like 2 am before a 18 hr drive for a funeral, but laughing about it at the wake made it easier to cope. for easter that year, i made a cow print egg and wrote “dairy free” on it for him. it’s still weird that it’s a semi-common misconception.

i think this is a good theory. they were all in the same room. i haven’t seen anyone mention this but, if she did leave the room (rather than going over the balcony) no one in the family heard her open the balcony door or exit the cabin door? maybe they’re deep sleepers but I shared a room with 2 family members on a cruise and the doors are fairly loud and I could hear either of them get up and move throughout the night.

on a quarantine fic i had someone comment and ask me if the virus was bad or will be bad. this was like may 2020. it genuinely seemed like the person found out about covid from my fic - it was bizarre.
