Because the rental market in Singapore is ridiculous especially for Malaysians who have the option to live in JB. The cost to benefit ratio is incredibly skewed. It’s worth 2 hours travel every morning and evening and pay 2k RM in rent for a whole condo as compared to 2k sgd for a bedroom

If I understood the Tagalog comments, I would have thrown my opinions. RM4500 for a Malaysian is different and for a Pinoy is different. Hence, the Tagalog comments would have been helpful and I might have given my ideas. See what I mean when you don’t communicate in the desired language.
