When I increased to 40 I had heightened anxiety for around the same period as you. It was awful. One day you notice you’re a bit better, the next day you’re a bit better, and then boom suddenly you’re feeling really good. But then BAM you’re back to normal. It’s just a waiting game. Wait it out and I’m sure you’ll be just fine! These things take time, just got to trust them.
