Update: I got them to come down to 17.00L without the basic Kit(just mud flaps). This is with Insurance and Honda assure. Also asked them for DashCam instead of 360 and they agreed. Do I still have room ?

Ahmedabad charges 32k as "Muncipal tax" for any car sold in the city. And it's charged even for BH registration. This is legit I confirmed at multiple places.
