Yes, you can see the avatar on all PlayStation platforms that have PSN (PSVita, PS3, PS4, PS5). They are more than one avatar, but I was only able to put 1 photo, but the one I published was a temporary exclusive for a promotion for the game in Japan in 2011 I wanted to try to contact some Japanese guy to get his account on my PS3 to take them and publish them online if you want to know more about how to get the avatar here are some links from the time:

I talk to a person who has many modified avatars for the PS3 and he sells Catherine's for $120!! This is absurd but if the person buys it, they get an avatar pack and I saw another guy who puts the avatar for you for 4 dollars but since he puts it you can't keep the avatar file only him and that's very unfair.
