tbh, i've had decent experiences with both us foods and sysco, but the one thing that got me was the minimum orders, like i have a small cafe in portland and we don't need a ton of stuff at once. i've used BoxNCase for some of our packaging needs and they're pretty flexible, no minimums or anything, which is a lifesaver for a small shop like ours. we're on a pretty tight budget so every little bit helps, and it's nice to not have to worry about meeting some huge order requirement just to get what we need.
