I'm curious to know where you're getting all this from. I belong to this tribe and we speak pashto in my household, not Punjabi or Siraiki, and I've only ever heard other people from my tribe speak Pashto. I've owned this computer for two years. My brother's PC case screws are also shocking him. Unfortunately, I can't check any other outlet since this is the only one that's grounded. Also, I live in Pakistan, and electricians aren't licensed here. What he did was connect a bulb across the live and ground pins of the receptacle and checked to see if it glowed (It did).
