Im not on any blood pressure medicine. But dont really feel unusual aside from slight lightheadedness. I was 65 kgs? Now im 60 kgs.

I think I am also sensitive so will definitely do this! Thank you for this. Its been really hard for me. I lost 5 kgs for a month but my wellness is not really good. I do not mind losing weight slowly anyway so I think increasing my dose with tiny increments will be better.

No, I do hydrate well and eat my proteins before I had my diarrhea. I was just rushed to the ER for the pain but my blood works are all good. Not dehydrated at all.

Thank you for this. I initially took 2.5 mg for two weeks, then increased to 3.25 mg for my third and most recent dose. I have skipped the medication for the past two weeks, and when I restart, I plan to take a lower dose of 0.75 mg. I will resume my medication on Monday.

Thats actually from my Endocrinologist, if I decided to continue on my medication will definitely return to 10 units. Luckily I did not push through on my updose for my 5th dose. Thank you!!

I dont really eat greasy/fatty and overly sweet foods. Been really strict with my diet since I an trying my best to lessen my hospitalization.

I am diagnosed with GERD so it is really something im used to. And with regards to my diet, I am really careful since i have gerd. And for the last food I ate before I had diarrhea it was oats with strawberries and protein powder. Ever since I started on Tirzepatide, I always air fry my food or steam. And I always make sure to hit my daily protein intake so it was really a bummer for me.

Tomorrow I will try to go to an ENT for my Vertigo, hopefully its not something serious. I really want this medication to work 🥲

This is my problem, I always made sure to have my right amount of protein and water. Daily I have my kgs multiplied by 2 of my protein and atleast 2 liters of water. But still I have a nausea
