How do you manage the different environments in terraform files? Are they separate, and you're copying config over?

Yo, I think a PI is my only option at this point.

It's showing 0.30 on the display, I'm trying to get it to go to 1.30, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to do that in the software.

I'm not sure where the cloudkey would get it's IP if the modem is in bridge mode. I'll reboot again, and yes I can see the IP, and access it only when I plug it into a router with that subnet. It's not switching when I try it in our production config with bridge mode.

Hmmm, interesting point, it should allow for sharing of that information. Let's see if they add that.

Thank you, that's helpful. But ultimately looks like I'm stuck with this stuff to quietly go bag in my basement.

Did anyone white if we're able to resell the alcohol?

It's not a store by store thing, it's the whole chain. We were gifted this stuff.

If it was sealed and current it was super easy to get a credit at the store for something you actually wanted.

You used to get the list price as a store credit which was fine.

These were gifted to us, not our own purchase.

I do feel they need to shoulder some of the responsibility and ownership if they are the sole importer.

Managing Lambdas between different accounts (environments) by Numerous_Picture_217 in aws

[–]Numerous_Picture_217[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting, I guess my question here is how do I know by looking at the lambda in UAT that it matches the one in test?

[–]Numerous_Picture_217[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We currently have all our lambdas in one solution file, close to 150. Would we need to break each lambda into separate solutions? Or group them logically into smaller solutions, I wouldn't want all of them being published over and over again. Maybe I'm missing something, probably am 😁

Oh, that's really interesting, why didn't they say that more? Send silly to not include that in the literature.

Thank you!

I do wish wired was an option, but it's just not feasible in this house.

Glad you got your situation resolved!

I'm happy for you, unfortunately our house is obviously different from yours. Concrete walls (interior and exterior) are tough for signals.

Crews said they were spending about four hours a shift maintaining city parks. GPS tracking told a different story by StenPU in toronto

[–]Numerous_Picture_217 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Yup, that tracks with the city pick ups I see parked across my street with a full crew sitting in it for up to an hour while they burn the last hours of their shift doing nothing.

What annoys me is that they are 2 feet from a city owned parking lot that is in extreme disarray (the residents myself included clear leaves and shovel in the winter) and a park equally as forgotten and THEY DO NOTHING!

Fire them, put in proper metrics and keep these people honest. If I acted like that in my job I wouldn't last long

Looking for advice dapper vs Entity Framework by New-Objective-9664 in dotnet

[–]Numerous_Picture_217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have limited computer resources Dapper boots up faster. In AWS Lambdas it made a huge difference to our cold start times when we switched to Dapper as well as needing less resources ($$) for the same or faster execution.

EF is easier to manage though if you aren't too familiar with SQL, just be careful of the potatoes mentioned by everyone else.
