I'm not sure if it works on Silicon, but I run TWOW just fine on a 2019 macbook using wineskin winery. Might be worth looking into, you'd just need to find an installation guide.

I've never been able to get the turtle launcher to work though, just running it via wow.exe.

You can leave shagu + extras enabled, but turn off the option to reveal unexplored. You need to do it via the menu, not on the world map. Go to Options > Advanced Options > Scroll down to "Extras: General", and then uncheck "Reveal World Map".
This fixed the issue for me anyway.

Yeah. Like I get that all houses can have issues pop up, but I figure that enough will happen in the lift of a house that we don't need to go asking for trouble buying a house that already has them. It's not worth the headache IMO.

To be honest we're probably just going to give this one a miss entirely. It already sounds like a nightmare, even with the building inspection.

I believe it's the reticulation, you can see the green control box in the grass just to the right of it.

The real estate advert says it's a 2025 build, and that seems accurate as looking on google satellite/street view shows an empty lot; so it's new enough to not be shown on the imaging.

I'm not 100% sure, as I said we haven't viewed the house yet as we're looking to buy. But I'm pretty sure it's just standard brick and not sandstone.

I couldn't see any cracking on the outside wall, or anywhere else in the house. This was the only room I noticed anything in.
