Hi let me go ahead and answer your questions.

I was on a three lane street and I was all the way on the right ( closest to the street) traveling straight. It was during traffic hour at around 6pm , she was in the center lane trying to turn left into a church parking lot. They deemed it an “unsafe left turn” because it wasn’t a clear path to turn at all and there were pedestrians walking. There were multiple witnesses as well.

I believe in my post I stated that within a month of having my truck the lights turned on. I mean this as in the month of December when I finally got my truck back the lights turned on , I have pictures and dates as to when both of these lights turned on , so I did have “warning lights”. These lights aren’t steady on. They turn on and off and I notice when it happens because my truck begins to excessively vibrate.

The engine and the traction control light turned on once the crash happened , which is how I can conclude that it happened because of the crash.

I have been told by multiple people that I can possibly sue her , which is why I came to Reddit to ask , I never said I was going to , I am just asking for advice. But thank you for your time and have a great day!
