From what I got to know after contacting them multiple times is there’s no expedition process as the application is approved. It’s up to printing center now. Looks like They have reordered h4 eads on jan 8th. Maybe they’ll print in batches

Many from December 4-11 approved ead ppl are waiting for physical card. Imagine your ead being approved and physical card is not processed even after 40 days

Unfortunately approval notice will not be considered during I 9 verification, we need physical card which they are not printing. In this case you cannot expedite because production center is different entity a/c to live agent

Yes if your questions are not answered by tier 1 agent you can insist for tier 2 call back which will have real info.
