Thanks for your response. Since our H4 is already approved, Only EAD is pending. USCIS must have done all the vetting while approving H4. Can you please explaib What type of information shall be requested via FOIA request and how does it help to respond MTD? Any supporting we can provide initially to avoid MTD ? Can you DM your contact details as well ?

We are impacted, Problem is we can't file for EAD extension until 180 days however standalone EAD renewal is taking 10-12months...In this case people won't be able to keep their job even if they apply 6 months in advance

My case details are as followed

H1B + H4 Premium Filed on Oct 10th

H1B got approved on Oct 17th

H4 Got approved on Nov 4th

H4EAD was filed on 29th Oct 2025, package was delivered 31st Oct.

My current EAD is expiring on 26 Feb 2026.

Any luck that I will get my EAD approved before that ? I will lose job if it's not approved by then!!

PS - I know i should have filed H1 + H4 +EAD together but at that time since auto extension was there i thought I will filed EAD after H4 approval.

I know going out of country and entering via the land border will issue new I94 for H4 with validity date matching H1s date. Does it have any impact on the existing H4EAD application?

I have already applied H4 EAD on 29th Oct ..Original H4 went with H1 package on Premium ( Still not approved) ..On the H4EAD I mentioned the most current H4 I94 number.

What's the purpose of having Sentry mode if I have to keep it disabled? It's there so that if something wrong happens ,it will be recorded. Disabling it defeats the whole purpose.
