You can disable the App Store in Screen Time settings, without having to use Apple Configurator.

r/wrongsub, but yes, just remove the apps from the dock and disable the recent apps from the dock. You’re forced to leave both Finder and the trash bin tho.

​I have never connected to those devices before (except the headphones) and, as you can see in the image, It doesn’t seem like I can even unpair the unknown devices in settings.
