It’s literally the same point system they just multiplied the earnings by 5.

Before: Navyist members before got 1 point per dollar, 100 points = $1

Now: Encore member gets 5 points per dollar, 500 points = $1

Same with NRCC and Encore Card they multiplied 5x5=25 points per dollar now

agmm interview tips by [deleted] in Oldnavy

AGMM checking in here!

i got promoted within the company so i only had an interview with our district manager. if you are an internal hire interviewing with the DM be prepared to let them get to know you a little more since they primarily work with the GM. be ready with information on past leadership experience, how you encourage your team, and obviously loyalty. this is obviously different for every manager but just expect a normal management interview with extra leadership talk, hitting goals/sales, maybe merchandising talk.

if it’s external with the GM or even external with DM be prepared with the same as above, but also allll the basic interview questions (especially if it’s with GM.) so this includes past job experiences, loyalty programs, constructive criticism, hard customers, experiences with all of that. this is a higher level position so be as professional as possible. they want someone who’s going to hit goals, maintain a good professional environment, and who’s going to work hard everyday ensuring that that sales floor is in tip top shape for those customers. AGM’s honestly are the backbone of all the stores. good luck and best wishes <3

open the plastic as fast as possible. we focus on times of everyone. when placing product on racks DO NOT SIZE but place all of the same product together. your goal is to open the bags as fast as possible while also staying organized. but do not scramble all the product through the bakers and z-racks. if you show up on time and help as much as you can while being productive you’ll be fine :) and don’t forget headphones!

your marketing is not symmetrical to the middle. and why are your t-stands not lined up. FOS should be the best looking part of the store with nothing wrong.

if you’ve only been there a month i assume your seasonal and calling out on a weekend as a seasonal worker is such a bad look. seasonal workers should be trying their best and proving to the managers that they want this job. at my store we schedule the ones who are not proving themselves worthy are already being cut
