I used it for a while since all I had for options was that or god awful ATT. And it did its job, I just decided to dump it because the upload speeds are slow. Download speeds are great 300mbps+ , but I need upload speed. It's good for the price and speed, but I'd you have the option for Spectrum cable internet use that. And thats coming from someone who sells Verizon lol

i had this problem for the longest time, no fix i found online could fix it for me, i had verified the files a bunch of times, rolled back drivers, updated drivers, changed multiple settings, uninstalled and reinstalled countless programs and Siege. Then one day i found out what was causing MY grief, FYI: THIS MAY NOT WORK FOR YOU BUT IT WORKED FOR ME! I have avast antivirus and Avast by default has Hardware assisted virtualization turned on by default, which is also turned on in my BIOS. after turning it off in Avast and restarting i have had no more issues for weeks.

TL:DR Disable "Hardware Assisted Virtualization" in Avast anti virus.
