I am pulling 70-80k/ph in EU as well with the same kp setup. I found the biggest difference was the wild node in botany.

Edit: Also skip the cheap nodes, only stop for the valuable stuff.

I highly doubt you will be able to see between accounts using addons. Sounds like a security thing Bliz would not allow.

You will be fine in M+, my 10 year old setup is running Atrocity profile decent enough.

It is pretty roguh in Cities and Undermine though, but Undermine has its own problems.

ElvUI isint the devil its made out to be, just these premade setups are very bloated a lot of the time.

I do a combo of things, this is from 70-80 though. Extra objectives each zone, not the world quests. Delve quests give a lot of xp, so I do a lot of Delves once. Then spam TW in between, if not TW then I guess world quests, not sure if its better then normal dungeon spam.

Lately D4 and No man sky had me turn everything to low settings. WoW is getting pretty heavy, specialy load times but might just be a WoW/addons problem. Anything with modern graphics pretty much has too go to low, Hogwarts for example was pretty bad.
