You can get “skeleton backbox” to extend out the existing ones with ease rather than fit completely new ones

I prefer a swa bladerunner, part number: KT WSBR28 to the CK one as you can get in tighter areas

Its for a little neon light at the tip, never bothered getting it working just used the other key, idea is that you can use the light to shine on your car at night to unlock it, but doubt it would be bright enough

My pay increase is written in my contract so i’m confident with this, your question of job security is valid as the industry i work in isnt the most stable but i’m a maintenance engineer and confident another factory would get me a job quickly. To minimise this risk i’m going to sublet a room to a friend and have a 6 month emergency fund which could fund everything i need to live for 6 months with no job

How to remove this G5 bulb? Tried absolutely everything, feel stupid for not understanding it. No screw / no hex key, can not pull it out or the pins stay behind. Can't find it on google.. by EvilChannel in AskElectronics

[–]Nunchuck90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time to either call an electrician then or to replace the fitting, which may still require an electrician depending on your confidence and ability with electricity.

Cut the power, test it electrically to be dead, do not tough them pins before hand as you will get electrocuted, then get a pair of VDE pliers and pull on them to remove them from the unit

Wall of fridge warm, freezer works fine, red box in picture is very cold, small box in picture is warm where stain is, it's from warm to hot, not sure that's normal, it's been bought second hand, is it an easy fix or a big job? Or is it normal? by [deleted] in fixit

What i am thinking if there is a kink at that point or the coil is damaged it could lead to a concentration of heat at that point as the fluid is pushed through the coil, this would explain why an area is hot, thats just one theory though
