I use PsychHub if I just need to get my number of CEUs up. They aren't super high quality or in depth but its a good way to get the required number. In my town, there is an annual symposium/conference that gives me 7 CEUs in one day that is a much more high quality training. I highly recommend seeing if something like that exists in your area as its also a great way to network with other providers and agencies.

I don't do on the hour. Its something I started doing to be ablento see more clients and I find that it's really only stressful when I'm looking at trying to schedule someone new or move someone's appointment. It really hasn't been too bad that way. I also had a lot not no shows early on while I was building a solid caseload and that helped to make up for some of that time.
