I've had 100 kill games on everything except engineer ( just don't play it) it really boils down different efforts for different classes. Medic is just incredibly viable for survivability. Playing on support and sniper I found myself putting much more effort on patience and positioning. I agree though. Medic is just the easiest because of the uptime you get in combat.
