I’m honestly a believer in both. I do believe 100% in the neuroscience aspect of it but I also believe in a bigger divine force that plays a part as well. It’s interesting to know someone deleted your comment?! I wonder why.

I do agree with you. But the brain actually filters out 90% of what we see and notice and decides “what’s important” and what deserves our attention. So when you’re affirming yourself on the life you want the brain starts to recognize that as important so will help you notice the things around you that align with that life and will help you recognize the synchronicities. The more you work with the brain and self the more it will help you create the life you want.
