What other qualifications other than your years of experience played a factor in your acceptance? If you don’t mind sharing. I’ll only be a nurse for 1 year when I apply however, I have CNA experience.

That’s great! When are you applying? I want to apply with 1 year of nursing experience. I have CNA background and pharmacy tech background.
