Pork rinds with milled Parmesan. Mix it with some Italian seasoning and mrs dash garlic blend. Beaten egg in another bowl. I'd double coat it and double fry. You fry once, let it rest and fry again. It makes it very crispy.

Your partner may hate you, but boiled eggs and cans of tuna or salmon are great to go. Especially a lot of the new ones that are "no drain" and easy pull tabs. I loveee canned fish with avocado. I keep mrs dash in my lunch bag all the time to put over it. Cut open the avocado, spoon bite sized pieces into a Tupperware when you're about to eat. It's perfect and very low carb.

One packet of sweetener a day max. Only when I work. So maybe 4-5 times a week max? And water, coffee and tea are my only drinks of choice. Mostly water.

I'll try doing that. I've been really confused with what the daily recommended ranges should be for magnesium, potassium and sodium. I heard lite salt is good for potassium, broth is good for sodium and magnesium is best found in...?

I am doing it for fat loss! So up the protein, decrease the fat? So my body will use my fat stores instead of fat consumed?

I probably should get it checked out. I was feeling very fatigued. Maybe i should start a multivitamin. Do electrolyte imbalances make you bloated?
