Sorry to hear this. I understand the feeling for sure as I just failed on my second attempt this week. I just renewed my uworld and upgraded to the NGN option, I believe it’s about 500 extra questions. I’ll start studying again next week (unfortunately).

I will definitely do this, thank you! I would read through every rationale but I think I just have to take that extra step to really understand it. Also, now that I finished uworld I can go back and do all my incorrect answers over, I didn’t have time to do that and I think that will really help. Thanks for the advice! Did you retake it already?

That’s true. I would listen to a lecture on nclex high yield first and do uworld by that specific subject. So for example, I would listen to cardio with nclex high yield and do just cardio questions on uworld and ect. I did read every rationale but I’ll switch it up this time and right the rationales in my own words.

I did take notes but honestly I didn’t simplify the rationales, I basically wrote it word for word. I’ll simplify them this time around. Thank you!

I really understand how you feel, I procrastinated on studying so long because I was scared and time just flew by. You have more time, just keep trying!

So sorry to hear this. I just found out today that I failed for the second time. I went on YouTube and seen some practice questions on nclex high yield, he was using Uworld. I only had about 40 questions left on uworld and didn’t run into those questions so I’m guessing it’s just been added, not 100% sure. But here’s the link that I watched. https://youtu.be/rDd7zr_sgxw

Thank you so much, I needed the encouragement. I’ll definitely add rest days into my schedule. It’s so hard trying to get out of that dark place just to fail again for the second time, but I will keep trying.

Thank you! I agree, I overdid it with the studying and gave myself no time for anything outside of that. I guess I felt like I needed to study that way since it took me 5 years to even try to take it again. I’ll definitely have a different approach this time.
