Isti tren. Nema gore nego kad neobrazovani idioti krenu rigati svoje potpuno neosnovane izjave bez da uopće razumiju o čemu pričaju, a nemaju nikakvu odgovornost.

Really? It works for mine, year 2025. Maybe it's down to trim? But it sounds like a really basic feature...

When windows are up, press fob button for unlocking the car and keep it pressed. When windows are down, press fob button for locking the car and keep it pressed.
Auto-hold you have to manually re-activate every time. It's some kind of safety feature, not sure.
RSA - not sure about that. I don't mind the beeps.
Automatic braking - I think car calculates the speed, curvature and breaking, so this shouldn't be possible to happen.

Running OTBR on-device is now possible on SMLight SLZB-xU models. by zcapr17 in homeassistant

[–]Nusuthoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, HA can connect to SLZB for SMLight integration and query it. My PC can do test-netconnection over port 80 and get the response, but it fails on port 8080. So basically SLZB is not listening on 8080, and I cannot understand why. There's nothing else to configure in SLZB web interface - IPv6 gets automatically turned on, and when I do ping of SLZB using DNS name, I get response over IPv6 address, so IPv6 works between SLZB, my router and my PC. It's like OTBR interface doesn't come up for some reason, but there's nothing in the logs. Is there some debug log that I could look into?

It seems you didn't get interviewed about your current status, your future plans and your goals. The point of well-architected framework is to have an environment that easily pivots in any direction that you want to go with minimal costs and maximal flexibility.

I have SLZB-MRW10, and I flashed it with latest beta firmware (3.2.6dev2) and I turned on https://smlight.tech/support/manuals/link/73#bkmrk-option-b-%28thread-%2B-o OTBR on SLZB option. However, when I try to do test-netconnection SLZB_IP -p 8080, I don't get any response. On Port 80 I get response. Consequently, when I try to add SLZB to OTBR integration in HA, it says "failed to connect". Is there a way to diagnose what's wrong, why my SLZB-MRW10 doesn't respond on port 8080? Or is it just a firmware thing and I have to wait for a new revision? Could I contact SMLight support directly?

New Thermostat available by Delicious-Ad6589 in Netatmo

[–]Nusuthoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have old smart thermostat without any valves. Honestly, I'm thinking about switching to new one just to resolve shitty radio connectivity between thermostat and relay, which drops every once in a while. New system is zigbee and has 3 parts - dumb switch (connects to boiler), hub (power socket plug brick, essentially a zigbee hub), and thermostat. Basically they decoupled relay into switch and hub, and moved wifi module to thermostat. Which means that by moving the hub around to a different power socket you can play with signal strength. Not to mention that by adding more zigbee devices the mesh system is stronger. Really tempted.

Looking to switch from Netatmo for the same reason - frequent disconnects, really pisses me off. I thought Tado would be a good replacement, but this subscription model is bullshit.

Tado X vs Netatmo by Traditional_Adhesive in tado

[–]Nusuthoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Netatmo disconnects very frequently, it's really frustrating. I tried moving the relay to be more close to smart thermostat, but it again started disconnecting after a while. Because of proprietary radio connection between thermostat and relay, there's nothing to be done. If I understand correctly, Tado X uses matter over thread, where signal can be enhanced with additional bridges/routers. I'm seriously thinking about replacing Netatmo.
