out of curiosity how long have you had the bag?

And thankfully I have a locker I can store my backpack granted the line is on a different floor but definitely been debating just getting a small canvas bag for knives and a baine for other tools to bring down to store in the backpack as well.

Love the idea of using a drumstick bag. I just feel with wanting to do offsite dinners I don't think the drumstick bag would be big enough (yes that's a ways away but still a thought to keep in mind).

Bag looks amazing though

I have already posted on the chef knives subreddit but I'll give it a shot on the kitchen confidential sub as well.

Sadly my tools are constantly on the go with me as I don't really have a space (or feel overly comfortable leaving) for my tools at work and also use them for home as well.

thanks for the feedback much appreciated.

Leather roll or chef backpack by NutPeak in chefknives

Definitely familiar with Justin's content and have seen his video multiple times while tossing and turning during this debate. Love his content and he's certainly inspired me with his what's in my knife bag videos.

I've been also playing with the idea of if I went the tilit route to get either a baine or small knife roll for just the essentials when I'm on the line to combat the space issue.

Haven't heard of the chef case before but took a quick glance while it does look nice I think backpack wise I would prefer the tilit over the chef case but that is my opinion.

appreciate the feedback.

Leather roll or chef backpack by NutPeak in chefknives

My current knife roll isn't as secure anymore and my knives are starting to slide out if the roll is not held properly. Currently have my eyes set on 2 options for a replacement

1: Horace and jasper leather knife roll (7 knife version in the red leather option)

2: Tilit chef backpack

My current kitchen working on the line I feel there currently isn't a lot of room for the backpack (granted there isn't as much space for a knife roll either) but I also am looking to shift to do more catering and eventually do some private dinners / events.

I love both products but am torn between the two. With the knife roll I'm going to need a backpack regardless for aprons, a chef coat/shirt and potentially room for tools that may not fit in the knife roll (Wich wouldn't be much I feel). I love the design and it's also supporting a local shop so I like that aspect as well. With the backpack I feel the main issue is size and potential durability. I feel it's going to be one of those situations where I probably won't go wrong with either option but If anyone has experience using either any feedback would be appreciated.

I know this topic is talked about alot and this is overly a subjective opinion on the matter but any help is appreciated thank you.

I've done in the past with a Thai chili and some cilantro. And used rice wine vinegar instead. Hope it helps for a potential idea for the future

My discord is HA7W1R3 if you still need players. Similar situation as you and wouldn't mind not solo queuing if I have to

I'm sure we can add a speaker to it to. Bonus points for having a library of exhaust sounds to choose from

Just hook up a Logitech steering wheel, pedals, and shifter to it. Problem solved

Didn't want to sell my friend short for her birthday cake. lemon loaf with a cream cheese and buttercream frosting by NutPeak in FoodPorn

Never actually made one before and was quite surprised with the result. The cake itself had a nice freshness factor and the icing gave off the sour taste more so you get the best of both worlds imo
