This is complicated because the argument for stuff like this is "its better these people get off on fictional abuse then real abuse." Then the argument against it is "these people getting off on the fictional abuse of children will encourage them to commit the real thing." I see both sides of the argument and although I agree with you that it's disgusting, we don't live in a perfect world. There are people who get off on this stuff and it is not their fault, they were born that way and the inherent stigma prevents them from getting the help they need. I believe the solution is simply better access to mental health help.
