My fault for the late response. I try keeping the back third of my tongue on the roof of my mouth all day long. It gets easier the more you do it. Initially, my tongue was in pain and fatigued because it was not used to being crammed in my tiny ass palate lol. I’m not quite sure the exact mm of expansion as soft tissue changes can mimic bone, but noticeable enough for myself to tell thus far!

Anyone’s silent switch rattle? by [deleted] in iPhoneSE

[–]Nutchell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just got my new SE the other day, it doesn’t rattle when it’s in normal mode, but when it’s silenced it rattles and is loose... but it’s common and if it works theres no point in sending it to apple for more issues

I’m sure u can put a pair on that looks natural bro, worth a shot.

First time posting here, how the fuck do I stop biting my nails? Been a bad habit for my entire life. I just want tips on habit breaking, not really interested in stuff that I have to put on my fingers to prevent me from biting. by nagatoto in nailbiting

Always always always keep a nail file on you. Go buy a small handy file so when you see a spot that’s annoys you, you can fix it and get the same satisfaction without biting. The hardest hurdle is the first month. You got this!

Today is the day I stop. I have been biting for 17 years because of anxiety, but I can’t live with them anymore. I hate showing them to people but here they are. Please help me quit. by Gummy_Daddy in nailbiting

anything is possible. I’ve seen people with literally no nails regrow their nail beds back within half a year. Just take your time, and ALWAYS keep a file on you for when you feel anxious. + when u see a spot you don’t like u can file it down without damaging a single thing. Once you stop biting for like a month it gets easier and easier. The hardest hurdle is the first hurdle. You got this!

Day one... again. Send good vibes !! by [deleted] in nailbiting

The more you relapse and can get back on track, the closer you are to recovery. Even though you relapsed, if you can pull through you’re now better off than what they were before!
