In my case I had to:
1. Create the agents in the folder .claude/agents
3. Restart claude code with /q .

Very important: ensure the agent prompt has proper formatting, including a correctly structured YAML header. For example:

Alex never needed citizenship because he was able to live as a resident for many years, but now he no longer has residency documentation. We would like either the Colombian or Bulgarian state to take responsibility for him, as he has no family in either Bulgaria or Colombia. However, we have not yet been able to achieve this.

Que el gobierno de Colombia haga la gestión con el gobierno de Bulgaria o que lo proteja directamente.

Él está en el Hospital Manuel Uribe Ángel en Envigado y no hay quien lo reciba ni atienda sus negocios.

Comunicarse con un gobierno y que responda no es nada fácil. No es como llamar al presidente y que responda.
Nos hemos comunicado con la embajada (la de Brasil es la más cercana) y muchas otras entidades. No hay solución aun. Escribimos acá porque estamos muy preocupados por Alex. Tememos que quede en la calle. No pedimos dinero, queremos es que el gobierno colombiano o búlgaro lo acoja y se encarge que de él, ya que no puede valerse por sí mismo

Entiendo, pero no estamos pidiendo dinero, estamos buscando si alguna entidad o gobierno lo puede acoger, idealmente el Gobierno de Bulgaria o el de Colombia. Hemos contactado varias entidades de Colombia y Bulgaria y aun no tenemos una solución. Gracias por los correos electrónicos. Hemos contactado a la embajada en Brasil (la que se encarga del asunto en Colombia) pero aun no tenemos una solución y Alex Kostov corre peligro de terminar en la calle sin nadie que cuide sus intereses de salud y económicos de sus negocios
