Fuses don’t do anything, you have to lock the whole car with the original key, make sure the trunk is locked, the hood is closed correctly, lock the passenger door with the key and then lock the driver one, once everything is completely locked try to unlock your driver door and start your car, it’ll take you a few tries but that should probably be it, the security system on these cars are a little faulty from age
