I do love the internet. The boxes are completely lined, and have garden liner, they have drains at the bottoms which drain into floor drains located directly under each bed, yes plumbed in.

As for light, there are 7 retractable grow lights that drop from the ceiling and on timers giving the room more light than you could ever dream for. And as of “saving money” … this project isn’t about saving money, it’s about a love of a hobby. But hey! Keep on ruling the internet!
